Subprocessors

These are the companies that process personal data on our behalf in order to run Maxed. We give at least 30 days notice before adding a new one.

We also use Zoom and Fireflies.ai for sales and support calls, which may be recorded and transcribed. Those tools do not handle the marketing data in your Maxed account.

AI platforms we query

These are the AI platforms Maxed asks questions about your business, so we can measure how you appear in their answers. We send them questions about your market and your business. We do not send them the data from your connected accounts.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of these companies. We may add or remove platforms as the market changes, and this page is where that is recorded.

Platforms you can connect

These are the accounts you can connect to Maxed. You authorize each one, you can disconnect any of them at any time, and you can also revoke our access directly with the platform.

Today we only read from these platforms. We do not write anything back to any of them. If that ever changes for a platform, the change will appear in the table below before it is turned on.

We store and refine this data in Maxed. It is available to you and your AI platform via our Maxed connector. Nothing goes to an AI platform unless you ask for it, either by pulling it through the connector or by using a Maxed feature that answers you using AI. Today those features are Ask Max, Report Builder, AI Visibility topic setup, and the audience name generator. The providers we use for them are listed above.

Data you create in Maxed

Two things in your account are not connections to an outside platform. You create them inside Maxed, and they do not count toward the platform connection limit on your plan.
